The bundle is a digital collection of AI skills, prompts, workflows, templates, and related materials. It is delivered electronically through Hotmart Club; no physical item is shipped. The Starter Pack is made available after successful payment, and the remaining modules are released progressively over a 15-day schedule shown in the offer and member area.

2. Permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal or internal business work. You may adapt outputs for your projects, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share access, publish the collection, or use the materials to create a competing prompt or workflow library.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the bundle, website, branding, text, design, and underlying materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

4. AI outputs and responsibility

AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking facts, respecting third-party rights, and deciding whether an output is appropriate before relying on or publishing it. The bundle is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.

5. Payments and digital delivery

Prices and taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Checkout and payment processing are managed by Hotmart, while member access and progressive content delivery are managed through Hotmart Club. You authorise the payment provider to charge the selected payment method. If access fails or a scheduled module is unavailable when promised, contact us at pajosy@gmail.com so we can investigate and restore access where appropriate.

6. Refunds and cancellation rights

The product has a 15-day guarantee period shown at checkout. Refund requests must be made through the process provided by Hotmart and are subject to the applicable purchase terms. If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply. Any progressive-access schedule will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
